I got in around 2pm and walked out of the place by 8pm. There was 500 thb charge on the key. I thought it was a deposit for the key. I was confused because there was no deposit back. It turns out a one time charge thing. It was safe because there was a multiple entrance with security keycard. A/C was installed better than the nearby hotel. Water heater and wifi was functioning right. Community area was comfy for the residence. For the money you pay it is consider worth the stay as it also includes breakfast.
