They changed out the beds to cheaper ones, now like box spring bed, unlike the pillow top I had three years ago; they got rid of free shuttle service to the Nana BTS, which is a 12-minute walk now; the older woman at registration - terrible - who took 1.000 baht for deposit tried to take 500 baht by blaming me for a crack on a mug, which may have been placed there for such purpose.
