Staff are very friendly. We have stayed there several times in the past, the room was ordinary, had better rooms in the past. The pool tiles are loose and edging broken. Room 2301 shower needs plumbing updated, and general room renovation. Heavy smoke smell noted in Master bedroom aircon on occasions from other guests in another rooms are smoking, master aircons must be linked. Regular clients should be offered an upgrade or other Incentives. The Food & Beverage options is poor and apart from a very overpriced room service menu there were no other information in the room about F&B outlets, and in fact there are no directory in the room about any of the facilities of the Pantip Suites, no stationary in the working desk, not even a pen or a notepad. I ended up opening my laptop and tried to navigate the poorly designed and slow responding website of Pantip Suites to see what F&B there was, the website indicated there was a bakery which was like a coffee shop, but when i went down to look for it, i was closed long ago and now a very small Italian restaurant was at the entrance. Paid Bht. 800 for a medium size Hawain pizza and a Cesar salad and a juice The TV's in the bed rooms are from about 20 years ago, and not much bigger then my laptop. There was though a larger LCD TV in the living room area. Reclaiming the bag was very easy, I was very excited finding items that I almost forgot I had.
