I stayed prior to an early flight and it was comfortable. There is NO signage and somewhat difficult to find. There was a phone number for access as there was no front desk attended. I booked two room at the panini residence. I got the key and enter the room. The first room is fine, but the second room haven’t clean yet. The previous customer left, but no one come to set up the room. The bed was not set up, the blanked was used and left on the floor. There is no elevator. Large room with a huge bed, only issue I had was typical of Thailand, the hard bed. Too hard for me to be comfortable but is quite common in many hotels here. Beskrivelsen i Hotels.com var mye bedre enn virkeligheten. Av bildene kunne man få inntrykk av at hotellet hadde tilbud om frokostservering, og at det var muligheter for å få massasje på hotellet. Ingen av delene var tilgjengelig. Frokost måtte inntas på en nærliggende kafe. Hotellet var svært nedslitt, parketten skriket i alle retninger. Det manglet såpe på badet. Det var kun 2 store badehåndklær, ingen håndduk til å bruke til håndvask. Kommunikasjonen til flyplassen var dårlig. Vi måtte benytte hotellets taxitilbud.
