Though I am not able to speak thai, the staff were able to help me check in. For the 1st day of the accommodation, as this may have been their first time dealing with a booking from Expedia, they did not prepare any breakfast for me even though I had made a purchase for it. But I appreciated greatly that they realised their mistake and tried to make do with what little ingredients they had to cook up a meal for me. I liked how they reacted to the situation. Es fehlen Teile und Balken der Terrasse sind eingebrochen... Das Hotel ist 18 km von der City entfernt, es fahren weder Busse noch Bahnen nur Taxis, in der Rushour braucht man vom Viktoria Monument dann 1,15 Std. um zum Hotel zu gelangen, ansonsten mind. 25-30 min. The hotel room is okay. But they have no hair dryer provided. There is no lift for the hotel, we have to walk up the stairs with heavy luggage with no help from the hotel staffs.
