The staff was nice and the common areas were clean. HOWEVER, my room was never cleaned and I had to go and ask for clean towels and toilet paper. AC worked great though! Lastly, it is in a great location because it's quiet and there is public transportation nearby (buses, not BTS or skytrain though).
