My stay was adequate. The building is very old but, if you want a place to stay near Saphan Kwai BTS or Chatuchuk Market, the price is very cheap for Bangkok. Big C Supercentre is also close by. The biggest gripe was the water heater which was located inside the ceiling. There was no way to adjust the water temperature.
