Staff were friendly. Room was basic but nice for the low price of the hotel, and bed was comfortable and shower was hot. Room also appeared to be very quite, which was nice. Great location with BTS only minutes walk away and 7-11 directly next door. The only thing I found odd were signs stating that no guests allowed, and being fined for this. So be mindful of this if you plan on having friends or travel companions visit or hang out in your room for a short time. Otherwise, this was a great budget hotel with great staff.
