The bed was comfy and the Aircon was really powerful. The staff were very polite and helpful. As a slight downside, the property is a bit dated and the communal areas could be cleaner however, you get what you pay for. The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, the private rooms are up multiple flights of stairs but we had help with the luggage. The bed is super comfortable and the room is just generally nice. The aircon is a bit unstable (takes a long time to reach a low temperature and is affected by heat from the bathroom).
