The beds were good and bathrooms were kept clean. Secure lockers under beds. Only down fall is they did let a group of about 10 people in at 5-6 am and they turned all the lights on, we did have a curtain to our bed but they still kept us up. Wifi info is also only available in the front so be sure to ask for both wifi and safe box problems before you go upstairs as there is no elevator. Location very good, with a 7/11 and ATM literally next door and only a 5min walk to the local BTS stop and same walk to a shopping mall and restaurants. Staff all very friendly and welcoming, happy for us to leave luggage before check in and after check out. Kitchen facilities very good, fresh cold drinking water available for free. Luggage storage under bed more than accommodated our two big backpacks. Sleep was average but that was due to the other people in the room with us (eg. People taking calls all through the night, playing music after 10pm.), the AC was good in the kitchen but the beds get a little warm if you close your curtain over night.
