I called them out on it the 2nd time and was told they made the beds, but were going to change the linens later. Thinking that I slept in someone else's dirty sheets for 5 nights is just too gross for words. There was blood on my pillow that didn't come from me. Don't expect the staff to be bothered to look up from their phones when you are coming and going from the hostel. Mattress stored on the floor in the walkway. It is close and convenient. Also 5 min walk to Ploen Chit BTS and plenty of motorbike taxis. I stay in the capsule rooms which are nice and comfortable. Cons: The first time I stayed here, the sheets were dirty, they had forgotten to change them from the previous user. This time, there was a stain on my sheets, which bothered me, but it was late at night so I couldn't ask to change the sheets and I only stayed one night. There are only a few bathrooms and there are no hooks to put your things. Small thing, but a frustrating one when sharing a bathroom. Pros Generally clean, convenient, nice lobby area to hang out in. I will stay here again only for my appointments at the hospital, the area isn't that great to go out in. I prefer Matchbox Hostel for fun visits. I am happy to stay here, because the room condition is clean & tidy. moreover the great thing is i can adjust the air con temperature myself, especially in this April hot season for songkran festival. I get to know new friend from different country in Luz hostel. Its enlarge my friendship to the other level.
