• No Smoking & No Pets: In compliance with building regulations, smoking and pets are strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on the balcony. A deep-cleaning fee will apply for violations.

• Housekeeping Service: For your comfort during a long stay, professional room cleaning with fresh bed sheets and pillowcase replacement is provided every 15 days. Additional cleaning is available upon request at 700 THB per service.

• Property Care: Guests are expected to maintain the apartment nicely. Any damage, breakage, or loss of items during the stay will be subject to repair or replacement charges.

• Keycard Policy: 2 keycards are provided at check-in. Lost or damaged cards will incur a replacement fee of 500 THB per card.

• Passport Registration: To comply with Thai immigration regulations, international guests must provide a passport copy before check-in.

• Eco-Friendly Reminder: Please help us conserve energy by turning off the air conditioner and lights whenever you leave the room.
