Overall good. Loved the room size and location. Annoying little things like no second swipe key even with a bond, limited toilet paper, western breakfast of sausage ham and eggs was always cold.

1. Thin ceiling and walls. Chair screeching noises from above heard. 2. Wall paint chipped and there are scratches, not maintained. 3. Lizards hiding. One fell from cupboard onto the fridge and hid behind it. 4. Quite a few insect larvae found in bathroom, moving about, on ceiling and around bathtub. 5. TV not smart. Can’t connect my phone to TV. Can only watch the channels in TV. So end up didn’t use TV at all. 6. Picture from website and reality is so different. In a bad way. Condition and cleanliness. 7. My charger did not fit the room’s switch. Never seen the shape before. Had to urgently buy adapter so I can charge my dying phone. Get a universal adapter just in case. 8. Hotel is beside a street. Early morning people shouting using megaphone. 9. No room service. Very little food options around and in Grab. 10. Breakfast was the same for all 4 mornings that I went to eat. Very small spread too. 11. Location quite far from city center.

Avoid this hotel

Arrived at 1245 after a very long drive only to be told we could not check in until 1400hrs - Strike 1 Bed very hard and pillow likewise - Strike 2 Hotel setup for group bookings mostly. Lacks the individusl traveller courtesy Shower dirty with mouldy grout - Strike 3 When checking out and handing the key back no attempt was made to return the deposit. It was only later when i asked my wife where it was that I L learned it had not been voluntarily returned. We returned to the hotel and after being made to sign a form, got ou r deposit back - Strike 4 No facility at hotel or anywhere nearby to have european dining. Will never again use this hotel and strongly recommend that you do not either.

I usually don't write reviews unless my experience has been very good. In this case, for the first time in my life, I write just because my staying was one of the worst ever experienced while traveling. The room was ok, furnitures a bit cheap but overall ok. The worst thing was the personnel of the hotel, especially the front desk. Their English is poor but that was not a problem for me. The problem was, their attitude, they never tried to really help, for anything literally. Once one of them even laughed at me because someone stolen my umbrella and I just asked what I could do since it was raining outside... seriously. Then another time I simply asked how long would have taken for a taxi to get to the airport the day after, when I was leaving. The answer "I don't know" and that's it. So if you want to have a nice staying do go to this hotel, especially if you don't speak Thai.
