Yes, we do clearly state that we do not have elevator. Expedia and its affiliates do require us to clearly state the room size in square meters for all our room listed as well as available facility. The room size for each room can be found on Hotels.com, an Expedia's affiliate, as well. We never list our hostel as handicap friendly. Besides the fact that we did clearly state the room size and available facilities on Hotels.com, upon arrival we did inform you face-to-face, regarding the fact that we do not have elevator on our property. This is our policy to state this fact along with hostel's terms prior to check in for every guests. You did not mention at all that this would affect you in anyway, sign the hostel's term and took the key.

I am not quite sure what happened to the drainage during your one night stay, but the other guests, whom stayed in the smae room after you checked out, did not experience any problem. We will check the drainage just in case. Regarding the coin laundry, we do proivde coin exchange at the reception. Our guests ask for coin exchange all the time. However, if you are looking for money exchange as the translator said, we are sorry to inform you that we are not registered money exchange. Thus by Thai laws, we are not allowed to provide money exchange service. We do lacte not far from commercial banks, whom offer this service.

Well, obviously you stayed in one of our economy room. We do provide refrigerator for all of our standard room. ; ) We clearly stated on all our listings including hotels.com that we do not have elevator along with the room size for each room. Our standrad room is larger than your reserved economy room. FYI, the owner always told the staff that he got inspiration for the room, including the size and amenities after he visited Japan. ; )

We are sorry that you misunderstood us that we served buffet. Well, we used to do so ages ago. There are still photo from our guests back then on the Internet though. :) We tried our best to make sure our guests would understand that we no longer serve buffet breakfast. We did inform all of our OTA, including Hotel.com and Expedia. On our listing they said that we do not serve buffet anymore.

You and your male companion reserved for our Economy Double room with one queen-size bed and private bathroom. Since our hostel also have female-only accommodations, our security policies do not allow extra guest and do not permit unregistered guest beyond our lobby. This policy is shown on all our listing as well as presented to you upon check in, which you acknowledged and signed. On your first night around midnight, you tried to bring another Thai guy to your room. The staff on duty did not allow him to enter the room and asked him to leave. We do not know what kind of night visit you and two of your friends had in mind, but it is a violation of our security policies. Regarding the breakfast, the breakfast time is also showed on all of our listing with online travel agencies, including the one you used. For your information, we also offer room without breakfast, in case our breakfast time might not be convenient.
