The hostel was located 5-7min walk from Phrom phong station. Not super close, but not bad either. acceptable distance. also there are many stores around bts. lobby(resting area where you can watch tv and have breakfast) is clean and well organized. Breakfast is nice too. bread, butter, jam and some fruits. coffe and tea and snacks are free too. Room, bed and bathroom are also clean. you dont have to worry about sanitary condition at all. i was satisfied. but for the most service is very nice. The staffs are very kind. i had a minor problem checking in, because of hostel.com's booking system, but they comforted me soon. I saw a dead roaches when I open my storage unit. She just kick it away. I used to be from service industry and I pride myself as a very friendly and polite customer. I like the design of this room like everybody has their own little space with some privacy, you got a little folding table and power point in your cell. There's a common area you can watch tv, have a cup of tea or eat your takeaway meal etc. Staff were really nice. Thank you for the stay !
