Hotel is located right next to the Sky Train station and there are a few restaurants and shops close by. Housekeeping staff were friendly and prompt, but the hotel itself is old and crumbling, phone didn’t work, Internet is slow and gets disconnected often, paint is chipping and bathroom tiles covered with mold, front desk staff are lazy and not knowledgeable, I had an urgent delivery which they just kept at the reception without informing me (even though it was marked very urgent!) and when the shipping party called the receptionist was very rude and careless. The advertise having a swimming pool but it’s dilapidated and was closed during my entire stay (which i consider to be false advertising ).
