The toilet sink had a ball of hair on the edge when I came in. Strings of hair over the towels and bed sheets were seen! The air con was powerful but slightly noisy. Lastly, there was mosquitoes that night when I checked in. When I checked out, they probably didnt check and wanted to charge me for a minibar drink that I didn’t take. Didn’t have a great experience overall. Easy to recognise especially if I’m taking a cab back. Lots of people taking insta worthy photos at the entrance. The overall stay is good, room is good and clean too. Just that the room has this cigarette smell which I thinks the bedsheets has the smell too. I love the smart tv. Although, I think all the smart tv should be named tv 1/2/3 in different rooms. So that it is easier to connect with the phone thru wifi. Air con is a little difficult to use as the temperature is difficult to set, it will get cold after while. The breakfast is ala carte selection. Food is okay but the restaurant is beautiful. There is no lift but it does not bother me, but for those with long stay maybe. 7-11 around the corner. However it is very difficult to get meter taxi from their location if we hire from corner of street. Class silk has no handspray for toilet that is not suitable for person with pile. Marble suite has big room but living room with TV has no curtain which can be seen from other room across the street meaning no privacy. It has hand spray in Marble suite. but power of spray and the way speed of water is too rough meaning eventhough tap is adjustable. Separate Toilet and shower rooms should have opaque doors. Floors in shower rooms and around bathtubs in both suites should have non-slippery floors. No elevator or escalator for upstairs. but hotel staffs carried languages helpfully. Even though there is no good view from hotel, it is nice for food. Near on top of street has some street food shops. Luggage could be kept at hotel after checkout at 12pm. That is nice.
