Room is clean as housekeeping will tidy it daily. Shared toilet and bathroom is clean as well just that the bathroom drainage is abit slow so when u shower the water level will raise slightly. Common area at 2nd level is cool with bean bags for u sit and relax, also an ironing board and iron to use. It has coin laundry service at rooftop. Hostel is close to the school that i am taking a short course. It feels more private. Close and near the most. Just walk and it will be fine :) If you a big backpack or suitcase you have it in you room. It will not fit in the looker. So be organized.
