When asked the staff said it was a self imposed tip. Did not have time to discuss this with the manager. This was the first time in ten years of using this hotel we experienced this type of thing. The hotel is OK. The staff nery nice. But the hotel WIFI in the rooms are so slow that it does not function at all! Tried several rooms.
