This hotel is spotlessly clean with excellent amenities. The gym and pool are wonderful and never feel ‘busy’. The staff make the extra effort to make you feel welcomed. The location is perfect for exploring Bangkok, and this hotel is a peaceful oasis from the invigorating energy of the city.

I was looking for a hotel that provided a hotel/apartment feel that had the comfort of both. I searched several sites and hotels when I came across this hotel. It was absolutely beautiful and a perfect fit; I selected a room with a washer/dryer which helped me with not having to over pack for my trip. The room was super spacious and comfortable, the hotel location is close to everything, but the street was surprisingly quiet especially for Bangkok. The hotel is super modern and clean; the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanness of the hotel. The staff is always cleaning the hotel in the lobby, pool, hallways, the upkeep is A+. My check in was easy and like I stated before the staff is very nice, I didn't really need to bother them for anything, but I always received a warm welcome/hello. I can honestly say every time I visit Bangkok this will be my first choice of hotels to stay. It's definitely a high-quality hotel. If I did have one minor issue was the ironing boards are too tiny, my recommendation is for the hotel to invest in a regular size ironing board, but besides that minor little thing great hotel/great location.

Lovely hotel. I got the room at around 45 percent discount and at this price it is fantastic. Breakfast is so,what limited but the quality of the dishes cooked to order is high. The gym is much better than most hotels. My room was a serviced apartment with more tech than you can dream of, including washing machine, dish washer, stovetop, a proper oven, a microwave etc.

Had to wait for 15 mins at checkin for my room to be ready. They offered complimentary breakfast as an apology which was appreciated. The breakfast itself was underwhelming - definitely not to the standard of a 5 or even 4 star hotel. So i was glad i didnt have to pay. The room was spacious and clean.

This very clean, quiet and friendly place was a respite from busy Bangkok! We were made to feel very welcome with a special birthday surprise and outstanding service whenever we entered the lobby. The two bedroom accommodation was spacious, clean and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The walk to public transport was easy (even with kids), and also close to shopping and restaurants. We loved our stay!

We stayed at GM Estate for 6 nights. The property is new and modern, but overall the experience was underwhelming for a longer stay. The family suite was spacious, with a huge bathroom, but lacked basics like salt and pepper, a tea towel, drying rack, Fairy. We appreciated the travel cot and high chair, but they weren’t set up despite being requested in advance - which was annoying. The gym is a good size with a decent range of equipment. Breakfast was fine if you’re staying for 2–3 days, but for longer stays it was poor—same limited options daily, no decaf coffee, and no local fruit like mango. Tan and Lukkate were especially polite and helpful, though some staff were overly strict (e.g. not allowing us to take a banana, despite having paid for breakfast). Housekeeping was inconsistent—bins weren’t always emptied, towels not replaced, and floors not properly cleaned. Wi-Fi was a major frustration: it kept disconnecting across all devices and required constant re-login. Management tried to help, but the issue persisted. Reception and security staff were excellent—friendly, helpful with luggage, and ensured taxis pulled up close. However, the nearest BTS is a 10min walk (in Bangkok’s heat, that’s not a comfortable stroll ), and the hotel is a few streets from sleazy massage parlours—something families should be aware of. In conclusion, we wouldn’t return for a long stay.

Hotel is located in a quite neighbourhood, yet within short walking distance to vibrant locations like Terminal 21, Phrom Phong and Thonlg Lor. Understand that its a new hotel (1.5 years old) so every thing here is clean and new. Quality of room furnishing and noise insulation is superb. Breakfast was wonderful where you have choice of menu and made ala carte for you. Will definitely book this hotel again for my next trip
