With what was what I was expecting to be a great stay only manifested itself into a very unpleasant and ridiculous hotel experience. I normally would never write a negative experience , I rather voice directly to the hotel ( as I did ) but the proved itself to only make everything much worse.
1. When checking in at reception was asked for my Hotels.com membership # ( never have been asked for this at any other hotel )...she rolled her eyes when I said I didn’t have it. #awkward
2. Asked for our credit card for the incidentals and she told us it was declined and asked for another card , I asked her kindly to retry it and she supposedly did , ( but didn’t ). ...she said she would put a hold on all incidentals for our stay. I told her that it wasn’t our card, but she ignored me. We called our bank from the room as we were naturally concerned only to find out she never left the card in the machine long enough to process.
3. No laundry facilities as noted on the Hotels.com app for the hotel, called to ask what floor we could do our laundry , they told me that it isn’t their fault as it’s hotels.com site, and then proceeded to tell me that laundry services a re expensive at the hotel and literally laughed ..I was speechless.
4. The supervisor called me the room to apologize and tell me that they are going to train their employ better ( it’s a bit late for that ) she also asked me obnoxiously “what can we do for you?”
Left the hotel at 730am worst hotel stay truly ever.
