Couldnt found any front desk or reception, was looking for the room key to access, then called the hotel for help. After that a guy came and asked for 750THB for cleaning fee, i didnt know extra fee after made the booking. Then he shown to me was noticed underneath in hotel information. No receipt could be given its only write on a paper. I've booked for 2 nights but didnt stay. Our room on 8th floor was nice and we did not have any issues regarding any facility or wifi. They have washing machines and water dispenser at ground floor and there is 24 by 7 security. The staff was quite cooperative. We enjoyed our stay.
