The hotel was closed permanently. The guard told me to go to soi 16, which I found to be a completely different type of room than in the pictures. It was in fact a low quality apartment and not even close to what I’m used to staying in with citadines. Nothing was mentioned on the website and I couldn’t even get a refund. Citadines lost a long term guest.
