Remote check-in is very difficult to arrange and you are only get 1 key for 4 people. That made logistics very frustrating since the 4 of us were not always together. Besides that we needed water, extra toilet paper, dishes etc and it was hard to communicate with the management. The beds were comfortable, but that was pretty much the only saving grace. Hatte eine Benachrichtigung per Message am Tage vorher geschickt und um Infos zum einchecken gebeten, keine Antwort. Zum Glück waren sehr hilfreiche Bewohner, Feriengäste, die uns geholfen haben. Per Message kam dann die Instruktion, dass der Schlüssel in einem Schließfach liegt, den wir uns da raus holen können, keinerlei Angaben, wie man zur Unterkunft kommt oder wie es mit dem Schlüssel funktioniert. Zum Glück hat uns eine sehr freundliche thailändische Bewohnerin auch hiermit geholfen.Die Tür zur Unterkunft hat sich geöffnet, das Licht bzw. Strom wird mit mittels einer Karte eingeschaltet, auch das hat uns die freundlich Thailänder gezeigt. Nun ja, da standen wir, übermüdet vom langen Flug, der eincheck Stress und dann nach erstmaliger Begutachtung der Unterkunft die nächste sehr unerfreuliche Überraschung. Das Zimmer war nicht eigentlich sauber, der wc Sitz locker, Abflüsse sehr verdreckt, die sitzpolster der Stühle lösten sich auf.Kein Besteck, Geschirr vorhanden, außer 2 Gläsern und 1 kaffeebecher und 2 Tüten löslichen Kaffeepulver gab es nichts. Ach doch, 2 kleine Flaschen Wasser waren im Kühlschrank. Die Reinigung gleich null. Habe die Bettwäsche selbst gewechselt sowie nach frischen Handtüchern gefragt, selber sauber gemacht. Kommunikation nicht unbedingt toll. Excentré par rapport aux lieux touristiques le long du fleuve mais à 5 minutes de la station de métro Sanam Pao et en taxi, les trajets sont très abordables ( entre 80 et 120 baht).
