ツアー客などが利用されるホテルのようで、団体客が多かったです。プールは飾り程度で、入るほどではないです。ホテルでまったりする予定がなかったので、コスパで選びましたが、まあ問題ないといった感じです。シャワーのお湯が出にくかったのは、少しマイナスです。

避寒の定宿にしたいﾎﾃﾙです

食事が良いので昨年に引き続き利用しました。スタッフの対応、クラビで唯一ﾌﾟﾗｲﾍﾞ-ﾄﾋﾞ-ﾁを持つﾎﾃﾙであること、今回は予約時の相互理解に齟齬があり、少し議論しましたが､当方の要望通り素晴らしい部屋と提供して貰えました。来年も同時期、利用する予定です

MRT 블루라인 후알랑퐁역 출구바로 앞이라 교통이 편합니다. 조식도 괜찮고 서비스도 좋은편이나 호텔이 오래되어 에어컨 냄새가 나고, 샤워기가 제대로 작동하지 않았습니다.

Returned visit but quite disappointed

Power tripped early in the morning. Request to change room but was informed that I could only change after 2pm. The air condition in the room is not cooling at all.

街の中心地からは離れていましたが駅から近かったので電車を利用される方には問題ない立地でした。徒歩１・２分のところにセブンイレブンもあったので便利でした。スタッフの方は皆とても親切でした。朝のチャックアウト後も荷物を快く預かったいただきました。中心地で観光に動き回りたい方には少し不便かもしれませんが、のんびりとした滞在をされる方にはおすすめできるホテルだと思います。宿泊費も予約時はとてもリーズナブルでした。

The hotel location is quite good as its very near china town (12minutes walk) and just literally next to MRT station. The only thing I didnt like is the fact that you cannot even ask for a cup to make a coffee and no free coffee either - only free water PLUS many staff cannot speak english.

立地最高！

フアランポーン地下鉄駅にホテルの案内表示があり、4番出口を出てすぐ右にあるので便利。また、ヤワラート（中華街）は歩いてすぐ（Mも開通して地下鉄でも行ける）なので、主要路線バスも使い易くなった。ホテルの部屋の窓からは、アジアテークの花火も、アイコンサイアムも、ワットアルンも良く見えた。

The pool is in the shade with a dilapidated building dominating one side, hardly worth the effort. The staff tried but it is only a 3 star so not much to expect. The nub of this poor review is the loss of my phone and smartwatch. The hotel was not very forthcoming and we had to chase to get cctv footage, the watch was taken from our room which was very disappointing. Location is OK, MRT station outside and only a 10 minute walk to Chinatown but the pavements are full of people sleeping rough outside the hotel premises and around Hua Lamphong station. I booked this as a 4 start through Expedia but cannot stress enough that it is a verified and self classified 3 star.

I stayed at this hotel earlier this year and intially had a good time which is why I decided to stay again recently. However I was disapointed this time round, our main issue was the awful smell coming from another room which lingered until the end of our stay. I'm also still waiting for my deposit to be returned to me. Pool staff were very friendly but overall wouldnt stay again.
