Pin Klao is very busy and very vibrant. Local am mentors are good . Transport to the city is a bit of a nightmare as the area is so busy all the time . Il offre toutes les commodités décrites sur le site. BONNE QUALITE DE LOGEMENT : L’ensemble est neuf, propre, avec une bonne climatisation, et une insonorisation parfaite. Le ‘’Plus’’ : sa machine à laver sur le balcon. La résidence est calme et bien sécurisée, et propose plusieurs services : coffee shop, coiffeur, restaurant, laverie, épicerie… piscine dans l’immeuble (mais impose le port du bonnet et le paiement pour l’accès). Quartier animé, marché et grand centre commercial à proximité de la résidence. Le logement est seulement légèrement excentré du Centre de Bangkok, mais facile à rejoindre (taxi, bateau, etc.…). Le propriétaire a été d’une grande gentillesse, répondant à toutes nos demandes. En conclusion, ce logement a beaucoup d’atouts et nous le notons 9/10\. Nous le conseillons sans hésitations. Nous avons commencé notre séjour par cet appartement à bangkok puis y sommes revenus plus tard lors de notre voyage. L'appartement est idéalement situé, dans un petit quartier sympathique, à 15 minutes du centre historique. L'aménagement y est confortable, la piscine très grande et le voisinage est très sympathique. Notre petite fille de 4 ans, s'y est très vite sentie chez elle... Dans sa maison à Bangkok. De plus, notre petit garçon a du être hospitalisé durant notre séjour et le propriétaire nous a donné de bons conseils quant à l'endroit où faire soigner notre fils. Nous le recommandons donc chaudement... Normes UE, lit confortable, ameublement minimum cependant, n'arrivez pas avec de grosses valises. Le logement est orienté Nord ce qui le tient frais quoique les deux climatiseurs font un bon travail, mais cette orientation vous donne un ombre sonore de la route surélevée. Le bâtiment est le premier d'un groupe de trois situés dans la courbe du Pont Rama VIII, voir Google Earth pour une localisation précise. Sur le tablier de la route une photo (LPN) vous montre le bâtiment: faites en une copie ainsi que de la localisation car les chauffeurs de taxi ne lisent pas l'alphabet romain. Pour vous déplacer vers le centre ville ayez le réflexe bateau: 3 Baths pour traverser la Chao Phraya et 14 Baths pour vous déplacer avec la navette ayant drapeau orange. Pour poursuivre il y a les prodigieux Tuk-Tuk ou les ultra-rapides motocyclettes. Après 20:00 heures vous pouvez faire la traversée du Pont Rama VIII à pied. De Khao San road il faut compter 35 minutes. Pour manger il y a bien un restaurant dans le bâtiment voisin mais je vous recommande un restaurant offrant des Sushis merveilleux aux menu. Il est situé du même coté que le Lumpini Place à mi-chemin vers PinkLao, c.a.d. vers le sud, ayez l'oeil ouvert ce n'est pas évident. Pour l'approvisionnement il y a Pata, c'est sur Pink Lao immédiatement avant une passerelle piétonière en sous-sol, avancez jusqu'au fond. Les 7 eleven (s) sont omniprésent mais tout est à trois fois le prix. Le vin est limité et à quels prix. Si vous êtes amateur de rum, SangSom maison Thai offre un 70cl. à 202 Baths que je déguste toujours. Autrement les bières locales sont toutes recommandables. Ceci peut vous être utile dans ce pays, pour le restant fiez vous à son peuple acceuillant. ##### Jacques C. Nous avons trouvé cet appartement à Bangkok un peu au hasard, nous nous sommes décidés très vite pour 12 jours de séjour à deux, et nous avons été enchantés ! Cet appartement très bien situé puisque non loin des principaux sites à visiter ainsi que du centre névralgique de Bangkok, est vraiment très agréable. Situé au 12ème étage, il ne vous laisse pas une vue inoubliable mais vous procure le calme et la tranquillité. Mobilier et literie neufs, climatisation très douce, salle de bain propre et cuisine disponible mais à ne pas utiliser puisqu'à Bangkok, on ne cuisine pas, on mange à l'extérieur ! Résidence neuve et moderne, cet ensemble de trois immeubles est à l'image du Bangkok moderne ! Entièrement sécurisée (trop ?!), propre avec un personnel très accueillant. D'autre-part, les gros plus sont évidemment la piscine et la salle de gym pour les plus sportifs qui vous accueillent avantageusement au 4ème étage lorsque vous rentrez de plusieurs heures passées en ville. Si la proximité et à même hauteur d'une voie de circulation automobile aérienne surprend au début, on l'oublie très vite et nous nous en sommes plutôt amusés au final. On peut y bronzer agréablement mais attention au soleil, en février, il faisait très chaud mais qu'est ce que c'était bon ! J'allais oublier Internet disponible dans l'appartement, avantage non négligeable ! Pour ce qui est des aspects purement pratiques, un taxi pris à l'aéroport vous y emmène en a peu près une heure. En parlant de taxi, ne jamais hésiter à prendre le taxi dès que vous voulez sortir de la résidence, ce n'est pas cher et c'est la première solution à Bangkok. La deuxième étant d'aller prendre le bateau bus sur le Khao Phraya non loin de la résidence et ça c'est également un plus car parfois la circulation… Le plus étonnant est que sorti de la résidence vous pouvez parcourir quelques rues totalement typiques et authentiques qui vous amèneront soit au port, soit à un petit marché local, soit à la supérette du coin où vous pouvez trouver, entre-autres, des pains aux raisins et autres viennoiserie sous vides délicieuses et par cher évidemment comme à peu près tout en Thaïlande. Nous en profitions au retour pour acheter notre café chaud ou froid à la dame qui nous a remis les cartes d'accès à notre appartement lors de notre arrivée. Elle est très gentille, ne pensez tout de même pas mener une conversation en anglais avec elle, mais ses boissons ne sont pas dangereuses pour votre estomac ! This review was submitted before 2018 and has not been verified. ### 8/10 Good 8 Jan 2010 #### un sejour bien plaisant a Bangkok L'apartement en tant que tel est tres ien et il permet un agreable sejour dan la ville de Bangkok, il faut s'eloigner un peu cependant pour trouver des restaurants, mais cela se fait tout de meme bien a pieds. Je le recommanderais a un ami! ---
