The property exudes the feel of a home with all the facilities and services one would only expect to find at an international five-star holiday resort. What makes us unique?- Our recreational facilities is the top notch and my staffs are very service oriented. We are very friendly and helpful people. We are in a great location, plus with the amenities and facilities around, you can take advantage of that and have hassle-free time/holiday. Additionally, every room, floor, facility and lift on the property requires a key card to access. Even the tenants themselves may only access the floor on which they reside and the common areas, thus providing utmost security and privacy for all residents. Our unit has a spacious one bed room with excellent view of the city(panoramic view), with fully equipped kitchenette, a separate living room with balcony. We have two towers, one is where our short term residents are and the other is just for long term expats. However, you can use the facilities and amenities in both the buildings. I'm always available to interact with the guest either by phone or email. I work almost 12 hours a day and I'm present at the building almost at all times. My staff is there 24/7, if im not available, they can help you out. I'm always looking to help the guest, so there's nothing to worry about. Recreational Facilities and Restaurants inside our compound. Also, other restaurants are just within walking distance. Guest can sleep here, relax here with the use of our facilities, swim here, play sports as well as eat at our restaurants within the building. Our Residence is a smart choice for travelers to Bangkok, offering a relaxed and hassle-free stay every time. We have a shuttle service that drops the guest around the neighbourhood, as well there's skytrain(BTS), and MRT and buses around us within walking distance. There's free parking in the building. We offer an airport pick up service with a fee around 500 baht net. You can let me know if you need that help. Close to major business districts, banks, international schools, embassies, parks, restaurants, hospitals, shopping and nightlife centres, the property also affords residents easy access to highways and motorways. Getting to and from your destination has never been so easy, with direct passage to Sukhumvit, Phetchaburi, and Asoke roads. Was given the same apartment. Its still as clean and well touched up as before. Excellent customer service at lobby one made sure I felt at home immediately. Location is right in the middle of where all the Japanese restaurants, bar, and bakeries were location. A short walk to Phrom Phong BTS, and an even quicker motortaxi ride to Asok BTS, so it is really convenient. There is a seven-eleven convenient store right at the foot of the building, so getting the daily necessities of water, snacks etc were too easy. Best stay in Bangkok, in my humble opinion. The pool and fitness centre were major pluses for someone who is there for work. The washing machine in the apartment also made my daily laundry easy. Including towels and other small items in the bathroom. The estate is surrounded by interesting cafes, restaurants and also just a quick walk tot he main Sukhumvit road. There is a also a small 7-11 for you to stock up on water and snacks. Apartment was really nice and spacious and amenities were What you see is what you get - and more! Apartment was really nice and spacious and amenities were awesome. The gym was well loved by my partner who made me work out during 4 out of 5 days of the trip (that's a first!). Ran into some issues finding the place initially but I called Supha on a Friday night at 7pm and he did pick up and explained the exact location to my cab driver - who got there after without any issues! Great host for being available! Check in was a breeze and even though language was abit of a barrier but body language and hand gestures to communicate solved it! The staff were really helpful and welcoming. Had the essentials (namecard of residence and map) provided upon check in and there was never a problem thereafter getting back. Great shuttle service saved us alot of time and money traveling to the center of Bangkok :) Hair dryer (ever important for a lady!!), clean towels and all the kitchen essentials were available. Room service was done daily and place was cleaned nicely with no shifting of our belongings. All in all, a wonderful experience and totally looking forward to coming here for my Bangkok trips. Two pools with sauna and steam plus great gyms yes I said gyms two....they provide transportation to the train ,market, and local spas... three good restaurants, 2 Japanese and one Bistro... The place also surrounded by many executive residences which gives the place quality and foreign environment, so you can see foreigners always around and make friends ^^ The place also has free shuffle services every 30mins drives you around Bangkok for free! just contact the reception for it.
