The property exudes the feel of a home with all the facilities and services one would only expect to find at an international five-star holiday resort. What makes us unique?- Our recreational facilities is the top notch and my staffs are very service oriented. We are very friendly and helpful people. We are in a great location, plus with the amenities and facilities around, you can take advantage of that and have hassle-free time/holiday. Additionally, every room, floor, facility and lift on the property requires a key card to access. Even the tenants themselves may only access the floor on which they reside and the common areas, thus providing utmost security and privacy for all residents. Our unit has a spacious one bed room with excellent view of the city(panoramic view), with fully equipped kitchenette, a separate living room with balcony. We have two towers, one is where our short term residents are and the other is just for long term expats. However, you can use the facilities and amenities in both the buildings. I'm always available to interact with the guest either by phone or email. I work almost 12 hours a day and I'm present at the building almost at all times. My staff is there 24/7, if im not available, they can help you out. I'm always looking to help the guest, so there's nothing to worry about. Recreational Facilities and Restaurants inside our compound. Also, other restaurants are just within walking distance. Guest can sleep here, relax here with the use of our facilities, swim here, play sports as well as eat at our restaurants within the building. Our Residence is a smart choice for travelers to Bangkok, offering a relaxed and hassle-free stay every time. We have a shuttle service that drops the guest around the neighbourhood, as well there's skytrain(BTS), and MRT and buses around us within walking distance. There's free parking in the building. We offer an airport pick up service with a fee around 500 baht net. You can let me know if you need that help. Close to major business districts, banks, international schools, embassies, parks, restaurants, hospitals, shopping and nightlife centres, the property also affords residents easy access to highways and motorways. Getting to and from your destination has never been so easy, with direct passage to Sukhumvit, Phetchaburi, and Asoke roads. We had a bit of an issue going there with the language barrier etc but we managed to find the place. Soon after we got their card with the address printed in Thai and it's been a no issue from then on. The apartment was situated in a quiet residential area, mainly for Japanese expats as evident from all shops nearby. It's within walking distance to Sukhumvit Rd probably 10-15 minutes. Cab should cost you only 40 bhat to BTS Station Asok. Having stayed in Singapore before coming to Bangkok, it was such a pleasant surprise to able to snag something of this price range and be given the kind of space and amenities that we were able to get. Place is clean, spacious, great view, awesome facilities( the pool on the 30th floor is gorgeous!), nearby mall & eateries and a 7/11 downstairs. Basically all that you need is within easy reach here. Can't recommend the place highly enough and I've been planning on staying here again the next time I visit Bangkok.
