Everything is great about this hotel. The staffs, the service, the rooms, and the facilities. Very reasonable priced. I stayed here multiple times, and among my top pick. Staffs are polite, yet very friendly. Rooms are perfect, new, clean, comfy, with fridge and even irons in the room. Probably best budget hotel in Bangkok that I have stayed. One issue with this lovely hotel is the location, which is located within a deep “soi” (alley), so it could be a bit inconvenient if you dont drive. But the hotel also has shuttle service to public transportation station.

I will be back to this place with my family again, the best thing is that I felt like I was at easy and the shuttle service is great and convenient. Close to most of everything. I would love to recommend this place to everyone!!

Great staff. Everyone was polite and helpful, the shuttle was very helpful, BTS and Central Ladprao mall were close by. Only issues were the Wi-Fi would occasionally disconnect, but only for a few moments and the warm water would often turn off while taking a shower, but it was easy enough to flip the switch and turn it back on.

This little hostel located in a quiet alley near Lotus supermarket which takes around 10 minutes walking. It just cost around 1100b/night! The room is bright and clean with a balcony. The most convenient part is they have golf car pick ups and deliveries to and from Union Mall anytime. The receptionists were nice and helpful. I will be happy to stay in this hostel again next time.

Can't recommend highly enough

We loved staying at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious and had a kitchenette. It was cleaned every day and fresh towels etc provided. It also has a communal larger kitchen, lounge area and free coffee, tea, hot chocolate drinks. There's also a free selection of biscuits and dried noodles with a hot water boiler. Over the weekend, they also provided pastries for breakfast, which were so fresh and yummy. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. It's very quiet and peaceful and we slept really well in the super-comfortable bed. I really can't fault it. Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

4 night stay at apartelle - 3/5 stars

lots of positives to say about the hotel: friendly, helpful staff, nice common area with free snacks and coffee, free shuttle service available to and from nearby mall, close proximity to chatuchak weekend market, good wifi + free netflix. cons: cleanliness could be improved - we had mold in the shower ceiling, some garbage left on the shower floor (fruit seeds !?) and dirty shower tiles when we arrived. everything had a layer of dust and corners and surfaces could be cleaned with much better attention to detail. the automatic air freshener in the toilet is also not ideal for people who are sensitive to artificial scents. despite an overall pleasant stay, we would not stay here again based on the price we paid and other hotels available for the price point, improvements can be made to make it a better experience for future guests.
