Not a convenient location ofherwise. Service was mostly friendly. The hotel advertises on their website complimentary shuttles for the train and mall, but they only offered a shuttle to go two blocks to the hospital. "Free area shuttle within 100 meters" true, but who needs a 100m shuttle. You will have to walk 100m just getting around the hotel. "Free shopping center shuttle" - nope. "Free train station pick-up" - nope. Hotels.com should remove those on the hotel listing. Had a roach in my room 4 days in a row, they were dead or dying so they are doing something to control pests. It was the start of the rainy season and I was only on the second floor so bugs are inevitable in Thailand.
