It had everything needed to either make my own meals or warm up room service. Laundry facilities adequate. Breakfast included with stay for additional reasonable price was well worth it and very tasty. Staff was friendly and helpful, not all spoke English but I had no problems getting the help needed when necessary!! It’s also walking distance to night markets and malls. Downside was that they were very strict on their cancellation policies. We had a change to our travel plans and requested to leave a day early but they refused to give a refund or even partial refund for that day. Breakfast is supposed to have a western/American option but in reality amounts to some chicken sausages (no pork sausage or bacon of any kind on offer) and no cheese that I could find. Half the breakfast seating is outside where one is plagued by pigeons hopping around and onto the table. I explained my disappointment with the western option and was suggested to try the thai version of breakfast. I explained that I paid for a western option and wanted a refund of breakfast for my last day. This refund was refused....so it was toast and butter for breakfast... Would this stop me from staying again? No, the amenities are good.
