The space

Our apartment is on the 6th floor of LIV@49's building B. With the size of 38.91 sqm, the space is perfect to accommodate 2 people. Here you will find the place spacious and cozy to relax with style.

Guest access

The apartment itself contains one bedroom with a comfortable double bed, bedside table, closet, flat screen TV, a living area, an in-suited bathroom with bathtub and basic amenities, a kitchen with microwave, fridge, and cooking wares, a small balcony, free Wi-Fi, one parking spot, and keycard access. Onsen, swimming pool, gym and 24 hour securities are offered.

== Security Deposit ==
When a reservation is accepted, the security deposit details and guest's payment information is stored. No charges or authorizations will be made to the guest's payment method unless the host needs to make a claim. A host has 48 hours after the checkout date to make a claim on the security deposit.After a reservation is made, you can verify the amount of the security deposit on your billing receipt. Security deposits are not included in the total cost of a listing, and we do not charge service fees on security deposits.
