They did not provide hand soap for the bathroom so bring your own. The hotel manager promptly came to our room & asked if we wanted to move to different room. He sincerely expressed his concerns and apologized. So we did changed room to a higher floor and much nicer view. The hotel staffs were extremely nice and helpful. This hotel is next to a canal. You can take a boat ride to city center and main attractions etc. This will save you a lot of time. Breakfast was good. Es gibt zwar Reis, Suppe und 2 Warme Gerichte, aber ansonsten für „klassisches frühstück“ nur Toast, Erdbeermarmelade und Spiegelei. When we were given our second room, a few of the maids just walked into our room without knocking.
