These is no lift nor escalator access from the ground floor, if you have heavy luggage think triple. Only one keycard provided, this hotel has pretty decent security, there are two keycard-activated gates but only one keycard provided with 500 baht deposit, you have to leave the keycard at the reception for you roomate but if your roommate is in the room they will ask you to get your roommate to come down to get you, how inconvenient!!!
