This is a convenient location close enough to Khao San Road but quieter at night for sleeping. We left our bags in the storage room at the hotel for 10 days and were happy with the service. The hotel staff were very helpful and made our children feel comfortable. We enjoyed eating at the restaurant onsite. The cook even made special dishes for our son with food allergies. The tour desk was also great bonus. Staff helped us arrange tours, transportation and gave advise on sightseeing. Super sweet staff that helps you with everything. Wifi works ok. Good travel agent next to the reception that helped us book out bus and boat ticket to ko samui. Bed could be changed but it worked for us , we stayed 2 nights. U can hear all the noise from the hallway which sucks. Es war im Zimmer recht ruhig. Klimaanlage war OK, Personal ist nicht besonders gesprächig und höflich, aber auch nicht unfreundlich. Keine Zimmerreinigung bei 2 Nächten - sicherlich nicht die beste Unterkunft in der Khao San Gegend, aber Preis Leistung waren in Ordnung. The room was basic but clean, to be expected for the price. Staff at check-in was not very welcoming, but breakfast and other reception guys were nice.
