The balcony is a bit misleading though. It wasn’t really a balcony. You also have to inform them that you need housekeeping or else they wouldn’t clean your room at all. The staff was very friendly though and they had essential goodies sold in the lobby. They also sell beer 24 hours so I liked that. The heater doesn’t work so well but we managed with the water temperature. Receptions and staff are very helpful and friendly. Food in the dining was good as well. Although, there was false fire alarm at around 3AM, they made sure that all was well and apologized for the inconvenience. It’s understandable as there was a notice (saw before checking out) in front of the elevator that “due to new fire alarm installation in every floor, alarm might go off from time to time. There’s also 7-ELEVEN 2-3 mins walk near the hotel.
