The property exudes the feel of a home with all the facilities and services one would only expect to find at an international five-star holiday resort. What makes us unique?- Our recreational facilities is the top notch and my staffs are very service oriented. We are very friendly and helpful people. We are in a great location, plus with the amenities and facilities around, you can take advantage of that and have hassle-free time/holiday. Additionally, every room, floor, facility and lift on the property requires a key card to access. Even the tenants themselves may only access the floor on which they reside and the common areas, thus providing utmost security and privacy for all residents. Our unit has a spacious one bed room with excellent view of the city(panoramic view), with fully equipped kitchenette, a separate living room with balcony. We have two towers, one is where our short term residents are and the other is just for long term expats. However, you can use the facilities and amenities in both the buildings. I'm always available to interact with the guest either by phone or email. I work almost 12 hours a day and I'm present at the building almost at all times. My staff is there 24/7, if im not available, they can help you out. I'm always looking to help the guest, so there's nothing to worry about. Recreational Facilities and Restaurants inside our compound. Also, other restaurants are just within walking distance. Guest can sleep here, relax here with the use of our facilities, swim here, play sports as well as eat at our restaurants within the building. Our Residence is a smart choice for travelers to Bangkok, offering a relaxed and hassle-free stay every time. We have a shuttle service that drops the guest around the neighbourhood, as well there's skytrain(BTS), and MRT and buses around us within walking distance. There's free parking in the building. We offer an airport pick up service with a fee around 500 baht net. You can let me know if you need that help. Close to major business districts, banks, international schools, embassies, parks, restaurants, hospitals, shopping and nightlife centres, the property also affords residents easy access to highways and motorways. Getting to and from your destination has never been so easy, with direct passage to Sukhumvit, Phetchaburi, and Asoke roads. Then to bed, the mattress was extremely firm and quite uncomfortable for me, like sleeping on a snooker table, so i never felt like i got a full nights sleep, four or five hours was all i could manage on this bed. That added to the constant noise from the building work taking place on the floors above all day, every day, not a restful stay, but the worst aspect of this rental, which annoyed me the most was the supposed '"PANORAMIC VIEW OF THE BANGKOK SKYLINE" as stated in the listing on your website, a Panoramic View as i understand it is a view of at least a minimum of 180 degrees, the view from our balcony was of the condo next door maybe 100 metres away, there was no panoramic view from any window in our condo and no warning of building work going on at the premises....not good...i paid over a thousand US Dollars for this stay, and i feel like i was misled by this listing, i didnt get what i paid for....very disappointed ##### Gerry S. I worked from the apartment quite easily, with enough desk space, good wifi, and a wonderful view of the Sukhumvit highrise in the distance with lots of greenery right in front of us. The location was almost perfect - close to the BTS and Sukhumvit Rd (especially with the free shuttle bus every 30mins) but far enough away to give a bit of quiet; a handy 7-Eleven just downstairs. Many sweet cafes, atmospheric restaurants and lush day spas can be found in the area. It is 15 min walk to the nearest Skytrain BTS station making exploring city incredibly easy. We've booked one bedroom apartment, but upon checkin it was not available and we were offered two bedroom apartment for the same price. Suphathep was very accommodating and he made sure two bedroom arrangement remained throughout our stay , so we didn't need to move into other unit once we settled in. We wanted a place that could provide us sense of home rather than hotel and this apartment checked all the boxes. Definitely would choose this place for our next travel to Bangkok. ##### Aivars ---
