They are a little bit small and not really soundproof as well. It could be a problem if your neighbour is noisy! The bathroom is small too with a shower only. Breakfast was included and we enjoyed taking it there. Vicinity is peaceful and you can take a walk, quietly around the Lock of SOY, or at the small port located on the lower district. No parking assigned but it's easy to park on street. The sash window in bedroom was sticky and the bottom edge was rotting which meant we almost pulled the window apart when trying to close. As it was hot the week we stayed we needed to have window open for ventilation. Pictures on booking site make it look like better than it actually is, the rooms although clean are small with paper thin walls. The shower in my room would not settle and was either red hot or ice cold, TV is very small and the Wi-Fi was pretty much non-existent up stairs.
