We had an absolutely fantastic time at this cottage and couldn't recommend it more. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. Their hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They were always available to offer recommendations and assistance, making our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the convenience of being able to reach the sea, a charming pub, and a supermarket all within a pleasant 30-minute walk. An additional highlight was the stunning garden encircling the property, such that the kids and the dog had a lot of fun. I did find the owner coming into the garden twice during our 10 day stay mowing the lawns a little intrusive. However he was really speedy. They went out of their way to provide board games when we asked and also suggested some places to eat when we enquired. There were no brochures with local things to see and do and local shops or places to visit which would have been useful. Perhaps these were removed due to COVID.
