This truly is a hidden corner of Scotland where the pace of life is slow, air refreshing and food delicious, with a good nights sleep assured, these historic self-catering cottages make for the perfect holiday recipe. Beadles Cottage is suitable for disabled access with one step in at the front and back entrance, all rooms are on one level, however the shower is over the bath. During the colder months guests can enjoy the added benefit of a wonderful woodburning stove. Each self-catering cottage has central heating and double glazing with wood burning stoves. The well-tended grounds and gardens are superb with wonderful views over the valley and ample private parking surrounded by mature trees. The cottage had everything you could wish for including a huge secure walled garden for our Setter lad. Ramsay and Tracy made sure we had all we needed. The walled garden was a sun trap and super safe for our puppy and the local area was great for days out. Everything was spotless and the welcome pack was very generous too. The garden is huge with beautiful views. There is a little tea room next door which I need to go to next time but really handy to have. Only 5 minutes drive to lovely beaches.
