"Property was great. Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, Location was amazing! Only reason for a 4 of 5 star was outside our room was very loud and noisy throughout the night. Like dumpsters being emptied? So sleeping was difficult. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay!"

"Stayed in Banff for just one night, this hotel was ideally located being a short walk to local restaurants and with underground car parking included. Breakfast menu was also decent. Room was unusual in that window looked out on an internal atrium rather than having a view to the outside."
