"Lovely hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There are two restaurants, one on the rooftop with bar. There is also a cafe serving the best coffee I have had in India. The hotel is impeccably clean, stylish and tastefully decorated. It was also convenient for me, located between the airport and central Mumbai."

Good solid stay

"This is 3 star hotel so fell right within our expectations. Nothing flash but quite satisfactory. We were having dental work at Dentzz just a few minutes walk around the corner so brilliant location for that. Staff were friendly and conscientious. Wi-Fi was patchy and needed rebooting regularly in an adjacent room."

"The staff were above and beyond helpful with meals, dry cleaning, and recommendations. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious each day. The room was large, modern, clean, and facing away from the noise of the streets. The view was lovely and private. I think we had a much better stay than our travel companions who stayed at another hotel 4 minutes away. I would recommend Hotel Amigo to anyone travelling to Mumbai. Also: loveliest security officer who was always up for a chat upon our daily departure and return. Shout out to him!"

Wouldn’t recommend

"When we first arrived at the hotel the older man that assisted us was very rude. He actually said we came there to eat his brains in Hindi. He didn’t know that we spoke the language and understood what he said. They put us up in a different tower separate from the actual building where the hot water wasn’t working and there was no phone we could use to call them either. We mentioned all our concerns to the manager in the morning who was a gem of a person. Tamannah and Samar were the best part of our stay there. There was a party in the hotel and the music was ridiculously loud and when asked to turn it down a little the staff at night refused and said to talk to the owner. Was overall very disappointed in our stay there and would not stay there again"
