Clear River Cabin · 500 Feet on the Medina

Clear River Cabin is on a 100-acre property in the country outside Bandera. The land includes a private 500-foot stretch of the Medina River for swimming, tubing and fishing, and walking trails run through it. Bandera is an easy drive for supplies, restaurants and music.



The cabin is small and on one level. There is a living area with a TV, a DVD player and a selection of movies, and a full kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, cookware and dishes, plus a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. Two sleeping spaces hold up to three guests, and the bath has a walk-in shower. Window units provide heat and air, and bed and bath linens are provided.



Outside there is a shaded porch with seating, a charcoal grill and a private parking area. Wildlife moves through the property, the birding is good, and the night skies are dark.



Early check-in may be available on request. Every stay includes the Texas Hill Country Travel App, a local guide for exploring the area.

The access road is unpaved, so low-clearance vehicles should take care.

Stays longer than 28 nights need approval first.

No hunting on the property.
