There were 7 of us- all a part of our family- who traveled from wisconsin, Illinois, Oregon, and Austin to see the eclipse. The house is very comfortable and when we had questions Paul was always available by email to answer them promptly. We had asked about building a fire in the fire ring and he drove about an hour to bring us some firewood and some sweet rolls. We have stayed in some VRBOs where the kitchen is not the best- just a few plates, utensils, not much to cook with. This kitchen is fully functional- we cooked and grilled every meal very easily. There are outside games and tons of chairs to enjoy being outside. So despite the clouds obstructing the complete view of the eclipse we had a wonderful time. ##### Roxana W.
