Its accessible, 2 super markets just across the hotel. Buffet breakfast was good especially the nasi dangang and sambal. The sambal is soo good.

It was a nice experience at Four Point Sheraton Desaru. Staffs were really helpful, they helped us to get early check-in as well. We really enjoyed our stay there.

A very family friendly accommodation! What I love about this place: - quiet - clean - the interior decor of the room is excellent - great amenities - gym comes with towel, pool comes with towel, playground for my kid to play, even has a games room - the food at Mesh restaurant is not bad... but try to avoid ordering their chicken because it taste bland and obviously not marinated - free wifi - there is also 24 hours room service which was good - breakfast buffet was good, there was a good spread at a reasonable price - parking was very convenient What I did not like: - they only provided 2 towels for my room which I clearly booked for 4 guests - nothing much to do around the area but I would still choose this property over the hotels lining the beach Overall I would still give full marks...

Mr maverick and sufi are the best. They made us feel as though as we are their long time friends and they took their service levels to standards that i have not experienced before. Thank you maverick and sufi. We will see each other again

Room was spacious and clean, though the toilet was relatively small. Drainage in the showers seems to be a little blocked and the water formed a shallow pond while showering. The TV volume cannot be adjust below volume 15 (still pretty loud at its minimum). We went with our kid, and couldn’t watch TV cause there’s no way to reduce the volume. Apart from that, the overall stay was pleasant and enjoyable.

My third time staying there Why I choose Four points? Nothing I can said just love the hotel Hotel is nice staffs are friendly and helpful Room is very comfortable and clean Food at the hotel is very delicious especially the steak not expensive portion is big Breakfast buffet is nice with a lot of variety to choose Provide bus to the beach and waterpark Help to hire taxi for guests if you want to go to the Desaru fruit farm Shops around outside hotel sell a lot of cheap things especially a shop name Niso selling everything at RM 2.40 Highly recommended if you want to have a relaxing vacation come to Four point you won’t regret

Worth the stay in Sheraton Desaru
My family enjoyed the 1 night stay. The room was big and had good balcony view. The bed was comfortable. The buffet breakfast spread was good but need some improvement in taste of some dishes. Hope to come back again in future to stay longer. Only disappointing was the Hotel did not receive full message of my request from Hotels.com to do a simple deco in 1 room to surprise my daughter for her 21st birthday. The hotel only received part of my request for room next to each other.

Highly recommended
I went to stay at Four Points by Sheraton Desaru twice and I really like staying there. The staff and security guards are very friendly. The food is very nice and delicious. The room felt high class. The bed is very soft and comfortable. Highly recommended if you are first time traveling to Desaru best to stay in Four Points by Sheraton Desaru. They have transportation toward beach. And if you want go other place like mini zoo can book using QR code that show on the tv in hotel room. Four Points hotel is very close to lots of shop an supermarket. Walking distance to sks mall. When I go Desaru again I will only book Four Points By Sheraton Desaru. As I have experienced twice and I’m very happy about it 😍 totally forgot to take any photo at four point hotel as I was too relax and enjoy too much that I never even touch the phone.

Cant expect much.
Requested for the room to be a single bed instead of twin and to be decorated for my daughter bday. Received their reply and was told it would be done. Upon checking in it wasn't done up and request didnt reflect in system. However they decorated it the next day. The food during breakfast was kind of upset. The food wasn't that great, some foods were tasteless and they are really short of manpower. Quite a handful of unsettled table, patrons without cutleries. Food and drinks are not topped up. The parking is not free even for the guests.

Great four star experience. We had the premium twin bed room which suited us as a 2 kid 2 adult family. Friendly staff, plenty of dining options around the property area you can walk to. Would stay here again

Awesome Stay!
Clean, new and spacious room. Service was on point. Strategically located to explore Desaru, Pengerang and Sungai Rengit area. Good amenities nearby too. The stay was so comfortable that me and my wife were so reluctant to check out. How we wish we could stay for another day.

Location: very convenient as many choices of food and supermarket around. Hotel Restaurant: Acceptable, can be better. The restaurant price consider higher compare having a dinner (seafood) out of the hotel. Taste is just alright only. Overall it it a nice hotel as part of Marriot group hotels.

3day 2night stay. The room was spacious and nice to stay in. Bed was comfy and comes with couch, table, coffee machine and nice touches. Convenience as there are more than ample food choices just across the street and a mall 2 mins away from the hotel. Only disappointment was the condition of AC as the filters were pretty dirty and the buffet selection of seafood wasn't fresh and regretted the booking of seafood buffet. Next morning decided to forgo breakfast as well and walked out to hv the food stalls outside. There are seafood restaurants nearby and might provide better value in terms of food and freshness of seafood.

Actually I think their service was excellent as they took every of our feedback seriously and strive to provide good hospitality for us. The only down side which i do bother is the cleaniness as they are some parts really dirty and there are stains on bedsheet.

Maybe it was a busy period, cleanliness is not ideal & bathroom floor gets very slippery when wet. Family with young children or elderly pls be sure to keep the bathroom floor dry to avoid a fall.
