Bancroft stay

A sweet little cottage central to town, very clean and well appointed. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the home thoroughly. If you need a place to stay within walking distance of local businesses and Millenium Park, check this location out!

Amazing location

A short family trip to Bancroft for a festival required us to spend a few nights in town. This property is perfectly located in the heart of Bancroft. Every amenity is close by and the home is very easily accessible. I would highly recommend this property if you are staying in Bancroft and plan on exploring the surrounding area.

Peter was an amazing host. He handled the garbage and recycling, provided some steeaming tv services, great towels and bed sheets, comfortable couches, wonderful sun room.

A comfortable getaway stay

This house was very nicely decorated with comfortable living room furniture, and beds. , The kitchen was well equipped with had a nice sized table and all appliances required including a breakfast nook with a Keurig coffee machine. We liked the car port to keep our motorcycles and trailer dry. The house was in a perfect location to do some touring in the area and walkable to stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy and Convenient

Had a great stay at York View House for 4 nights while in the area for a family event. Peter was very responsive to my requests, and a pleasure to communicate with. Lovely ambiance to be greeted with relaxing music upon entry. A well-thought out space with great kitchen, comfortable beds, a sunny, cozy living room, fluffy towels and a good shower. Carport a bonus when it rained! Perfect location - walkable to shops and restaurants in town, and right on Hwy 62 made travel easy. Very light sleepers note the front bedroom has some audible traffic early morning, but not too disruptive. Thanks for making our time in Bancroft so enjoyable; we hope to come back!

The pillow smelled of urine. It was remedied immediately. There was a thumb size open hole in the wall by the shower head.
