When we arrived the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Directions and access to the secure parking area was easy. Lovely clean comfortable room with lots of hot water. Sébastien Lecouffe, the manager was friendly and helpful. A great stay while visiting the Lille xmas market, which was a quick 15 minute Uber journey away.

Fairly clean, modern apartments. Some areas like the tiles in the bathroom and the ceiling are showing signs of wear and our sofa was very stained. The location was quite far out on an industrial estate but we used uber to get to the city centre which was around £25 one way as the metro was suspended. I am not sure I would stay again but it was cheap enough and quiet which meant a good nights sleep.

Very friendly and helpful lady member of staff, hotel was great for an overnight rest whilst travelling down to Italy. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Hotel has secure parking and all at a very reasonable price.
