We had a wonderful family celebration with 13 people including 3 under 5s. Rebecca was extremely welcoming and even left toys for the children to play with. The facilities are magnificent with loads of outdoor spaces for picnics and games, and we even had the pleasure of early morning swims in the river. The house is spectacular, offering multiple large spaces for social gatherings- we chose a different room each evening. A delightful family weekend in a magical location.
On a spacious site by a river, we were welcomed to this superb accommodation by casual and friendly hosts and enjoyed the sporting facilities like golf, tennis, snooker walks and cycling and as well as the castles, restaurants and other amenities in this lovely area. We had only one infant but he too was well catered for.
We stayed in Invery House as a large family and it was perfect in every way. The hosts were extremely helpful. The house was warm and very well appointed and so much space for our family to spread out. Very comfortable bedrooms, all with en-suite. There were excellent local amenities and it was very accessible. We shall return! Thank you so much Bryden and Rebecca
We stayed for a long weekend in August for a large family gathering. Invery House was an ideal location. There was so much to explore and enjoy both inside and outside, with the highlights being the snooker room, the tennis court, and the kids’ favourite - paddling in the river. The house was well-equipped, clean, and spacious. Bryden and Rebecca were very welcoming and helpful, and had good tips about local services and outings. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
Our family stayed at Invery House last weekend to celebrate our 40th Wedding anniversary. It was the most perfect venue.
Rebecca was very welcoming, meeting us at the door and showing us around the house. Everything was clean and tidy. There was everything that we needed to cater for our family and friends. We really enjoyed having family dinners around the large dinning table.
The children loved the tennis court and the football pitch but the best fun was had in the river and around the river bank.
Thank you for a special weekend
Fantastic house and facilities in an absolutely stunning location. Relaxed and friendly with lots to do and see and plenty of space for our group of 16 to socialise and mix throughout a brilliant weekend. All underpinned with excellent service and support from the owners. A definite recommendation to others.
We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate with our family! From the start, Bryden and Rebecca were incredibly kind and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. The home itself is spacious, beautifully kept, and had plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy time together. The grounds were absolutely perfect for our whole family, there was so much space for the kids to run, play, and explore. They especially loved playing football and paddling in the river which kept them entertained while the adults enjoyed the beautiful setting. It felt like the ideal mix of comfort and fun for all ages.We would come back in a heartbeat and would definitely recommend to others!
Our family consisting of us, the parents, our three grown children and their spouses, and three grandchildren, stayed at the property in Banchory for three days, but I sorely wished it could have been a week. The property is stunning and the house is everything you might wish a Scottish manor house to be. It took us a couple of days to not get lost inside while roaming around. If someone wanted to get away to a quiet place, that was definitely not a problem! But it was the setting that really took this stay over the top. There were long grassy lawns, a tennis court, and a beautiful river meandering along the side of the property. It was stunningly beautiful. We made good use of the property, and the young ones enjoyed feeding carrots to two friendly horses. I communicated with the owners several times before arrival, mostly to ask for special equipment for our youngest grandchild, and they were always accommodating and prompt in their replies. The only negative was having to leave this gorgeous place! Meanwhile, we have made lifetime memories that won't be forgotten!
