"Great location "

"Rooms are nice and clean however, a few gripes-ordered room service breakfast it arrived as was getting in the lift to check out! The coffee was literally water it wasn’t great! The rest of it was nice enough! Also lifts are a nightmare only one actually working this morning and crammed in like sardines and it stopped on every other floor. Also had to call down to reception for a pen to order as non in the room and no water on the first night but got some on the second. Good location though and staff are nice. Usually stay in the merchant but thought we would give it a try. "

"Great hotel, perfect location, lovely staff. The only small thing I would say is that there wasn’t a plug near a mirror so I couldn’t blow dry/style my hair. "
