In this little corner of paradise, near La Canourgue, where tranquility and nature are what give the hamlet of Le Montet its charm, stands a renovated former farmhouse featuring two holiday rentals. On the ground floor: the entrance to the “La Nature” cottage, via the east-facing terrace, opens onto a living/dining room with a TV and a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven). On the lower half-level: from the living room, a few steps lead to a bedroom with one 140-cm bed and one 90-cm bed (TV and DVD player). From there, on the lower floor, there is a bedroom with one 160-bed and a private bathroom, plus a separate toilet. On the upper half-level: from the living room, a few steps lead to a bedroom with one 160-bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a toilet. Wood-chip-fired boiler. Cleaning service included. Private terrace with patio furniture and a gas grill. Parking nearby. Pets are allowed free of charge, limited to 2 small pets. Wi-Fi available. No electric car charging available on-site, but a charging station is located in La Canourgue. No parking available for RVs. Pets are not allowed.
